If it is straightforward to design it will generally be straightforward to build. However, there is sometimes a large gap between what appears to be and reality. Often what appears to be simple and elegant is actually very complicated and detail intensive. Occasionally the inverse is true. We have “been there and done that” enough times over the years to have developed a good feel for what will be cost effective.

We believe our role as part of the design team is to present the other team members with the right information so that informed decisions can be made. We enjoy figuring out and designing the intricate and complex, but realize not every situation requires it and in some cases that intricacy becomes a detriment to the overall project goals.
